CAT-tools

At present, Omega uses the Déjà Vu CAT (computer-aided translation) tool.

This tool is designed for the precise management of previous translations for the customer, creating a specific terminology for each customer. CAT tools are used exclusively with texts created by our translators, held in our database. They do not translate texts automatically and independently and therefore have nothing in common with automatic translation programs, whose effectiveness, reliability and quality – in our opinion – are still far from acceptable.
