OMEGA FREEZES ITS PRICES
In view of the present difficult situation on the global economic markets, OMEGA has decided to WAIVE rate increases for its services for 2009. Therefore, the 2008 price list will remain in effect until further notice. We hope that the global economy will improve as quickly as possible and we wish all of our clients a happy and prosperous 2009.

Renewal of ISO 9001:2000 Certificate
We are proud to announce that on 18th June 2008 OMEGA obtained ISO 9001:2000 certificate renewal from Tuv Italia (an accredited Certification Body officially recognized both in Italy and in Europe). This new goal is evidence of our commitment to placing customer satisfaction at the centre of our concern.
Through the quality system designed and created during the certification process, we have defined organizational procedures guaranteeing the constant, repeatable provision of services, the traceability of all projects, the continuous monitoring of translators and interpreters, the recording of punctuality and, last but not least, the implementation of measures to meet our customers' requirements.
